In most purchases the buyer agent is compensated through the transaction. We'll review exactly how it works in our buyer representation agreement before you commit to anything.
How do you decide on a listing price?
I look at recent comparable sales, active competition, days on market and your home's condition and features, then recommend a strategy that fits your goals.
Should I buy first or sell first?
It depends on the market, your finances and how much risk you're comfortable with. We'll compare both options with real numbers before you decide.
