FAQ

Good questions.

What types of commercial property do you handle?

Industrial, warehouse, truck yards, office, retail, mixed-use and income properties, for leasing as well as sales.

What is the difference between net and gross leases?

In a net lease the tenant pays base rent plus a share of taxes, maintenance and insurance (TMI). In a gross lease those costs are built into one rent. I'll help you compare the true occupancy cost.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Whether you need 1,500 sq ft or 50,000 sq ft, you get the same level of research and negotiation.

How long does a commercial deal take?

Leases often take 30 to 90 days from search to signing. Purchases vary with financing and due diligence. We'll set a realistic timeline up front.
